  • Walkability: Most amenities, such as the beaches, Blu Port & Market Village shopping mall, main restaurants, and hospitals are within walking distance. You can also use the songthaew or apps like Grab and Bolt. you can also off course enjoy the bars without worrying about how you will get back home
  • Activities: Near cultural spots such as Cicada Market, famous for arts and crafts. Market Village often hosts activities in front.
Cons:
  • Busy and Crowded: Around-the-clock traffic and noise, especially on the main road, Soi 88, Soi 94, and near areas like Soi Bintabaht (known for nightlife), can disrupt the peace. Also not the best place to live if you don't want to be around tourists.
  • High Demand Equals High Rent: Nice Properties near the beachfront and landmarks tend to be more expensive. Prices usually rise the closer you get to the beach and center.
