A-Team Hua Hin

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This policy explains how A-Team Hua Hin handles your personal data when you use our website or contact us through LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or email.

Who we are

A-Team Hua Hin (A-Team Property Group) is a real estate agency at 125/8 Phet Kasem Rd, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

Contact us about your data at info@ateamhuahin.com or +66 91 776 6032.

What we collect

  • Inquiries: your name, email, phone number, preferred language and what you write to us, for example the home you are looking for, your budget, area and dates.
  • Messages: when you contact us on LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or by email, we receive your messages and the profile details that service shares with us (such as your display name and account ID).
  • Owners and landlords: the details of the property you ask us to sell, rent out or manage, and the contact details we need to work with you.
  • Rental clients: the details needed to prepare a lease, handle payments and look after the home during the rental.
  • Listing alerts: your email address and the searches you asked us to watch.
  • Website use: technical data such as your browser, device and the pages you visit.

How we use it

  • To answer your questions and send you homes that match your wishes.
  • To arrange viewings, offers, sales, leases and property management.
  • To send listing alerts you signed up for.
  • To keep the records Thai law requires, such as contracts and payments.
  • To keep our website secure and understand how it is used.

Our AI assistant

Messages you send us may first be read and answered by our AI assistant, so you get a reply quickly, also outside office hours. It also notes your wishes (budget, area, bedrooms) in your file so our team does not have to ask again.

The assistant only uses public information about our listings and the details of your own inquiry. It cannot see other clients' data. Our team reads the conversation and can take over at any time, and anything binding (a price, a booking, a contract) is always confirmed by a person. If you prefer to talk to a person only, just tell us.

Our legal grounds

We process your data to take the steps you ask for before and under a contract, to meet our legal duties, in our legitimate interest of running and protecting our business, and with your consent where it is needed (for example analytics cookies and listing alerts). This follows the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only when needed:

  • With the owner, landlord, buyer or tenant of a property, and with lawyers or the Land Office, when you go ahead with a deal.
  • With the service providers that run our systems: Cloudflare (website, email delivery, data storage and the AI assistant), Google (email and website analytics), Sanity (website content), LINE and Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages). They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Thailand, with safeguards in place.
  • With authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

The website uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering your currency and your cookie choice. Google Analytics runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as we are helping you, and afterwards only as long as needed to answer follow-up questions or as long as Thai law requires us to keep records (for example contracts and accounting). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, move or delete your data, to stop or limit how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you gave. Every listing alert email has a link to manage or stop your alerts. Write to info@ateamhuahin.com and we reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand (PDPC), or to the data protection authority of your country in the European Union.

Changes

We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. See also our Terms of Use.
