Living in Thailand as a foreigner means dealing with immigration paperwork at some point. Whether you are extending a visa, registering a new address, or applying for permanent residence, you will need the right TM form. We have collected all of them in one place so you do not have to hunt them down.

All forms below are official Thai Immigration Bureau forms. Click any link to download the PDF directly. Print, fill out, and bring to your local immigration office.

Which Form Do You Need?

TM.30 is the one most foreigners run into first. Your landlord or property manager files it whenever you stay at an address. If you own your home, you file it yourself. Get this wrong and your visa extensions can fail.

TM.47 is the 90-day report. Long-term visa holders must report their address to immigration every 90 days. You can do this in person, by mail, or online if eligible.

TM.7 is for extending your stay. The retirement visa, marriage visa, education visa - all use this form for their annual renewal.

TM.8 is the re-entry permit. If you have a long-term visa and plan to leave Thailand, you need this before you go or your visa is canceled when you cross the border.
