These terms cover the website ateamhuahin.com and our accounts on LINE, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, run by A-Team Hua Hin (A-Team Property Group), 125/8 Phet Kasem Rd, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110, Thailand. By using them you agree to these terms.

Listings are based on information from owners and developers. We check it with care, but details, availability and prices can change at any time and may contain mistakes. A listing is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer.

Prices are in Thai baht. Amounts in other currencies are estimates based on a published exchange rate and are for guidance only. Floor plans, sizes and photos are indicative. Please confirm every detail that matters to you before you sign or pay.

When you message us, our AI assistant may reply first. Its replies are for information and can contain errors. Nothing it writes is a promise, a reservation or an agreement: prices, bookings, viewings and contracts are only confirmed by a member of our team.

Please do not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive documents through chat unless our team asks for them for a deal.

A purchase, sale, lease or management service is governed by the written agreement signed for it. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

The text, photos, videos and design of this website belong to A-Team Hua Hin or to the owners who gave us permission to use them. You may share a link to any page, but you may not copy the content for another website, listing portal or publication without our written permission.

Do not misuse the website or our chat accounts: no spam, no automated scraping of listings, no attempts to break in or overload the site, and no false inquiries. We may block contacts who do.

We provide the website and our chat replies as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on listing information, exchange rate estimates or automated replies without confirming them with our team.
